CORPORATE PRACTICE LAW FIRM IS SEEKING FOR PROFESSIONALS TO OCCUPY POSITIONS OF:

1. Lawyer

Good knowledge of English, including legal terminology; work experience in the following spheres (at least 3 of them):
- documentary maintenance of construction process (reconstruction, capital repair, technical re-equipment, new construction, restoration);
- legal support of investment issues in construction, namely, development, drafting, execution of investment, share, work and labour contracts;
- participation in legal support of transactions involving land plots, real estate objects;
- resettlement/removal of habitants of a building subjects to demolition;
- drafting and maintenance of lease agreements, including on premises of trade centres;
- land allotments;
- conversion of a designated purpose of a land plot;
- structuring of land plots;
- transfer of objects of residential fund to non-residential fund;
- development and introduction of construction financing models.
