Equipment purchase contract (in Russian and English languages)
For benefit of the Client (British company) applied to Corporate Practice Law Firm, equipment purchase contract was drafted. According to the contract, Russian company (the Buyer) acquires from the British company (the Seller) equipment on the condition DDU according to Incoterms 2000. The provisions of the contract provides for the maximum measures to protect the rights and interests of the Client.
The terms and conditions set out in the equipment purchase contract are subject to be regulated by the Russian law.

According to the contract the seller shell transfer to the ownership of the Buy the equipment that is need to be assembled, and installed. The equipment purchase contract provides for that the representatives of the Seller are to participate in the supervision, commissioning and launch of the equipment purchased by the Buyer, and during the use of such equipment after start of its exploitation.
The contract was successfully negotiated and was accepted without additional amendments. The equipment purchase contract was signed and has successfully been used in practice.
