The responsibility of the Supplier is provided for by the exclusive dealership agreement in the following cases: non-fulfilment or improper fulfillment of the terms and conditions stipulated by the exclusive dealership agreement, as well as when the Supplier infringes the Dealer's exclusivity in the contractual territory (the exclusive right to sale of the Supplier's equipment.

The exclusive right to sale of the Supplier's equipment may be infringed in the following cases: if the Supplier realizes the equipment in the specified territory (Russian Federation); if the Supplier transfers to third persons the right to realization of the equipment, etc.

The exclusive dealership agreement is fully satisfied parties (the Dealer and the Supplier), was successfully negotiated and accepted without any amendments, was signed and has been usefully applied in practice.
