For the benefit of the Client, specialists of Corporate Practice Law Firm participated in negotiations for the terms and conditions of a supply contract to be agreed. The supply contract provided for the delivery of the equipment in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Negotiations took place in Moscow and in Germany, as directly between the participants of negotiations, as via e-mail and via phone to adjust remaining issues. Corporate Practice Law Firm represented the interests of German company.
The result of negotiations fully satisfied the interests of the Client; the supply contract was signed and has successfully been used in practice.
